Well my only complaint so far is that they need the A20 cartridge specifically and they have been out of stock for a long time. I have not been able to try it, because I need the 36 needle cartridge for what I’m doing. I wish they made universal cartridges for all of their pens.

Pen has a solid feel, charges well and seems to work great. I like the firm feel of the tip locking in, no worries about it getting loose, although a click to know it’s locked would be great.
I got really turned off by a competitor Skin Pen, this company has poor customer support, pushy salespeople and very overpriced for the quality and cartridges that don’t connect and device batteries that die that they won’t fix. I purchase thier previous model for $5000 and it died after minimal usage - they then asked me to pay $7500 for a new model of the Skin Pen or I could turn in my old $5000 device to get a new generation pen that had a lifetime warranty for “only” $4500! Wow - of course I felt this was ridiculous seeing that the first pen didn’t blow my mind on results - despite their marketing claims. I am so happy with my A20 professional grade Dr. Pen! It is better than the high priced competitive option. I have been an aesthetician for over 20 years so I feel this is a pretty good testimonial for you Dr. Pen! Make more ROI by buying effective devices for affordable prices, that don’t ruin your profit margin!

This pen is such a wonderful upgrade from their other devices! I love that the needle cartridges click into place super easy and I love how powerful and smoothly it operates! I didn't even have to put any pressure on it to get my clinical endpoint! I do wish the kit came with a variety of needle cartridges because I think the 14 is a little too aggressive for general collagen induction, but that's just my preference. I'm going to recommend that the spa I work for bring this device on at all locations!

I really love the pen it allows a precise treatment which is great however some cartridges don’t work, they do not lock into place so you may have to waste some. So far I have done two treatments and have had to throw away one due to it not locking into place. I wasn’t sure if this was a user issue but then I saw another review saying the same thing so I assume it might be a flaw with the cartridges. Other than that the pen is great!
